AC Advisory, Incorporated, ("AC Advisory") provides and manages ccidadvisory.com (the "Website"). AC Advisory is a representative to CCID Consulting, Co., Ltd. ("CCID Consulting").

AC Advisory respects the privacy and security of its users. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized internet experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. To achieve this goal, we collect information at the time of newsletter signup and contact us forms  during your visits the Website.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

This privacy policy covers AC Advisory's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the Website and when you use our products and services. This policy does not describe information collection policies on other sites, including those linked to or from Website or those of our vendors.

Children's Issues

AC Advisory does not market to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children on Website.

Purchases and Fulfillment

For purchases and event registration, we request additional information such as credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for confirmation and billing purposes. The contact information you provide is used to service the order. For event registration, we may request additional information about your hotel, meal and other travel preferences.

AC Advisory uses third-party service providers, including CCID Consulting, credit card processing companies, shipping companies, and event coordinators together with other service providers as needed to satisfy client requests. When you register for an event, we provide necessary information to hotels and to facilities hosting events.

Security

You should remember that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online, such as on message boards, through e-mail, discussion groups, or in chat areas (collectively "Unsecure Areas"), your information can be collected and used by others. AC Advisory cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via Unsecure Areas on the Website, and you do so at your own risk.

You are also solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords you set up and/or any account information.
