What this Privacy Policy
Covers
This privacy policy covers
AC Advisory's treatment of personally identifiable information that we
collect when you are on the Website and when you use our products and
services. This policy does not describe information collection policies on
other sites, including those linked to or from Website or those of our
vendors.

children on Website.
What Information is Collected and How it is Used
AC Advisory collects
certain information from and about its users in three ways - directly from
the user, from our Web server logs, and with cookies.
User-Supplied
Information:
When you sign up for newsletters or contact us, we ask you for your name,
e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information and some other
personal information about you and your company. This information is used
for purposes such as personalization, verification and service related
issues. We also use this information to provide you with offers we think
apply to you.
Server Log Information:
When you visit an Internet Web site, you disclose certain information about
yourself, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the time of your
visit, and the referring location (e.g., the Site or page that offered a
link to an AC Advisory page). AC Advisory, like many other sites, records
this basic information about visits to its site. This information helps us
identify which areas of our site are of interest to our visitors as well as
for the purposes of system administration and to report aggregate
information to our licensors and advertisers.
Cookies:
AC Advisory may use cookies to store and help track your information. For
example, we may use cookies to help remind us who you are and to deliver
content and services based on your account information.
Cookies are simply pieces
of information that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on
your computer's hard drive. The use of cookies is relatively standard and
you will likely find them used on most other major Web sites. Most browsers
are initially set up to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can reset your
browser either to notify you when you receive a cookie, or to refuse to
accept cookies. You should understand that certain areas of many sites may
not function properly if you set your browser to not accept cookies or if
you reject a cookie.
Who Has Access to the
Information
AC Advisory will not sell,
share, or rent personal information, usage information or lists collected on
Website with any third parties. AC Advisory does use computer service
providers, such as systems integrators and hosting providers for Website,
only for the management of your information. Except as described below, AC
Advisory will not willfully disclose any individually identifiable
information about its users to any third party without first receiving that
user's permission. AC Advisory may disclose personal information when we
believe in good faith that the law requires it or to protect the rights or
property of AC Advisory and/or its licensors.
When you are at the AC
Advisory site and asked for personal information, such as signing up for a
newsletter, you share that information with AC Advisory alone, unless the
service is offered in conjunction with another party. For example, some
services, such as events, are offered in conjunction with another company.
To provide such co-branded products or services to you, it is necessary for
us to share your personal information with the company offering the product
or service. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to
allow the transfer of data by not purchasing that particular product or
using that particular service. If you choose to share your data with a
provider of a co-branded service, you should understand that those providers
may have separate privacy and data collection practices. AC Advisory has no
control over and accepts no liability for these independent practices. Each
provider should provide more information regarding its privacy and/or use
policies.
Purchases and
Fulfillment
For purchases and event
registration, we request additional information such as credit card number
and expiration date. This information is used for confirmation and billing
purposes. The contact information you provide is used to service the order.
For event registration, we may request additional information about your
hotel, meal and other travel preferences.
AC Advisory uses
third-party service providers, including CCID Consulting, credit card
processing companies, shipping companies, and event coordinators together
with other service providers as needed to satisfy client requests. When you
register for an event, we provide necessary information to hotels and to
facilities hosting events.
Security
You should remember that
whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online, such as on
message boards, through e-mail, discussion groups, or in chat areas
(collectively "Unsecure Areas"), your information can be collected and used
by others. AC Advisory cannot ensure or warrant the security of any
information you transmit via Unsecure Areas on the Website, and you do so at
your own risk.
You are also solely
responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords you set up and/or
any account information.

Website may occasionally
contain links to other Web sites. Please note that we are not responsible
for the privacy practices of other such sites. When you leave Website, we
strongly suggest that you read the privacy policies of any Web site that
collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies
